Who we are
This website is run by CodedIdea Innovations ("Coded Idea"), FL. 2622, GF-Gillco Valley, Ext05, Sector 127, Mohali, Punjab 140301, India. You can contact us about anything in this notice at avi6@coded-idea.com.
What we collect and why
When you use the Get a price form we collect your name, company, work email, phone number and country code (if you give them), your message, and the page you sent it from.
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and follow up on it. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you've asked us for information about our services, and replying is what you'd expect. We don't sell your details or add you to a marketing list.
The form has a hidden anti-spam field and we log the time and IP address of each submission to block abuse.
Where your details go
Enquiries are stored on our own server and sent to our team by email. Our team works from India, so your details are processed outside the UK. We protect them with access limited to the people who handle enquiries.
If you book a call, the booking is handled by our scheduling provider under its own privacy policy. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
How long we keep them
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case they become part of our client records. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email us and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies
This site doesn't set tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, we'll update this notice and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
