What happens on the call

1. You tell us what you need: a portal, an app, an AI agent or automation, or a fix for how orders reach you now (email, phone, WhatsApp, reps), and where it hurts.
2. We show you relevant work, such as our live trade portal covering sales and warehousing, and walk through how we'd build or set up your project.
3. You get a straight answer on fit, timeline and price. If it isn't a fit, we'll say so.

Who you'll talk to

Coded Idea is a software company founded in 2020 by Abhishek Rana. Our development team is in India and works with clients in other countries, so you talk to the people who would build your system, and we'll agree a call time that suits your time zone. We've delivered more than 500 projects.

What to bring

A rough description is enough. If you have them, bring a spreadsheet you want to replace, an order or document your team retyped this week, or a sketch of the screens you have in mind. After the call we follow our usual route: a fit check, then a fixed plan and timeline, and a fixed quote with the full cost known before work starts.

If the project is a trade ordering system, tell us roughly how many customers, price lists and warehouses you run, and which accounting system you use. Those move the quote more than anything else. For an app or AI agent, tell us who will use it and which existing systems it has to talk to.
