Who we are
Coded Idea was founded in 2020 by Abhishek Rana.

Our developers are based in India, and since the start we've delivered more than 500 projects: websites, web applications, mobile apps, automations and business software. Put simply, we've done, and can take on, any kind of development project.
What we build

Why wholesale features so much
We built a trade portal for a UK vape wholesaler. It covers sales and warehousing, and their team uses it every day. We don't name them or publish their numbers, because they haven't agreed to that.
Building it taught us how wholesale actually runs: orders arriving by email, phone, PDF and WhatsApp, trade price lists that differ by customer, stock that has to be right by batch, and tax and compliance rules that change. Vape wholesale adds duty-stamp rules on top, which our vaping duty guide explains. So we now offer the same platform to wholesalers and distributors in other markets, with the AI automation that sits naturally around it.
How we work with clients
Our team is in India and works remotely with clients in other countries. Everything happens online: a 20-minute walkthrough on a call, a fit check of the users, data and systems involved, then build or set-up against a fixed plan and timeline, training and close support through the first weeks. You get a fixed quote, so the full cost is known before work starts. Your system can be hosted in the region you need, and you can export your data to CSV at any time.
We agree meeting times that suit your time zone and a single point of contact at the start, rather than sorting them out when something goes wrong.
