MLM software development

International MLM software development company

We build MLM and direct-selling software for companies outside India: compensation plans, distributor wallets, local-currency payouts, KYC, an admin back office and mobile apps. Prices start at ₹15,000 (about US$160), with a fixed quote before work starts.

In short: Coded Idea is an MLM software development company that builds direct-selling software for businesses outside India. That means the compensation plan, distributor wallets, payouts in each country's currency, KYC, an admin back office and mobile apps. Ready-to-launch software starts from ₹15,000 (about US$160) and custom builds from ₹35,000 (about US$370). Our team works remotely from India, and you get a fixed quote before any work starts.

This page is for companies choosing an MLM software vendor for one or more countries. It covers what the software has to do, what changes from one country to the next, how the software can keep a plan on the right side of pyramid-scheme rules, and what it costs. If you already know your country, jump to choose your country.

What MLM software covers

Every network marketing business runs on the same core: who joined under whom, what they sold, and what that earns each person up the line. The software keeps those three records in step and pays out from them.

Part What it does What we'll ask you
Distributor registration Sign-up with a sponsor, placement in the tree, a personal back office Who may sponsor whom, and can placement be changed later?
Genealogy The full tree, searchable, with each person's team and sales volume How deep do your leaders need to see?
Commission engine Applies your plan rules to each period's sales and writes every line to a ledger Which document is the master copy of your plan?
E-wallet Balances per distributor and currency; holds, deductions and withdrawal requests Who approves withdrawals, and is there a minimum?
Payouts Batch payments to banks, mobile money or e-wallets through your payment provider Which providers do you already have accounts with?
KYC ID and bank details collected and approved before anyone is paid What does your bank or regulator ask you to keep?
Shop and orders Product catalogue, checkout, refunds, and the sales volume each order earns Do customers buy direct, or only through distributors?
Admin and reports Plan settings, payout runs, audit log, sales and earnings reports Who signs off a payout run before it goes?
Mobile app iOS and Android app for distributors: team, orders, wallet, notifications Do distributors work mostly from a phone?

We build all of these, and any other software around them. For the app side, our mobile app development page covers native, Flutter and React Native.

Compensation plans we build

Plan How it pays, in one line The decision that shapes the build
Binary Two legs under each person; pays on the volume of the weaker leg Carry-forward rules and daily or weekly caps
Matrix Fixed width and depth (for example 3×9); new joiners spill into open slots Who gets spillover, and what happens when the matrix fills
Unilevel Unlimited frontline; pays a percentage on a set number of levels down How many levels, and the sales needed to unlock each one
Generation (level) Pays by generations, each ending at the next qualified leader How a leader qualifies, and how far down each generation runs
Hybrid Two or more plans combined, for example binary plus unilevel bonuses Which plan wins when two rules disagree on the same sale
Crypto MLM Commissions or wallets in tokens or crypto, with on-chain records Whether crypto is allowed where you sell, and who holds the keys
MLM back office payout run for one week: six countries with their own payout rails and currencies (Nigeria bank transfer, Ghana mobile money, Kenya M-Pesa B2C, Philippines InstaPay, Malaysia DuitNow, UAE bank transfer), 1,104 distributors, joining-fee commissions switched off, two batches held for KYC and a transfer limit.
One commission run paid out in six currencies, each through its own rail, with checks before release. Illustrative screen, sample data.

What changes when you sell in more than one country

A plan that works in one country usually needs four changes before it works in the next: how money reaches distributors, which currency the wallet holds, which language the back office speaks, and whose data-protection law applies.

Payout rails

Distributors judge the company by how fast and how reliably they get paid. The rail decides that, so we choose it per country, and the payments run from your own account with each provider.

Country Currency Rails we set up Official detail
Nigeria Naira (NGN) Bank transfers to Nigerian accounts, in bulk, through Paystack or Flutterwave Paystack's transfer recipient types
Ghana Cedi (GHS) Mobile money and Ghana bank accounts The same Paystack page lists mobile money and Ghana bank accounts for GHS
Kenya Shilling (KES) M-Pesa B2C from your verified business shortcode Safaricom's M-Pesa API page and B2C guide
Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) Bank or DuitNow transfers for payouts, FPX for online checkout PayNet, which runs both
UAE Dirham (AED) Bank transfers in AED; Aani instant payments where your bank offers them The Central Bank's Aani launch notice
Philippines Peso (PHP) InstaPay to GCash, Maya or bank accounts; PESONet for larger batches Sources on our Philippines page

Each rail has its own limits and failure messages. The payout run has to split a payment that is too large, retry one that bounced, and match every confirmation back to the wallet line it paid.

Currency, language and data

  • One wallet per currency. Sales volume is counted in points, so the plan pays the same way everywhere, and money is converted once, at a rate fixed for that commission run and saved with it.
  • Languages, including right-to-left. Arabic panels for the UAE need a mirrored layout, not just translated words. We build the back office and app so each distributor picks a language.
  • Data protection. Distributor IDs, bank details and team trees are personal data. Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023 is one example of a law that sets rules on consent and on who may see it. We host on major cloud providers in the region you need, and access to ID documents is limited by role and logged.

Direct selling, not a pyramid: guardrails in the software

General information, not legal advice. Have a lawyer in each country check your plan.

Most countries draw the line in the same place: income has to come from selling real products to real customers, not from recruiting. Nigeria's Investments and Securities Act 2025 (section 357) describes a prohibited scheme as one where people make money mainly by recruiting, especially where no genuine product or service is sold. Ghana's securities regulator publishes notices on unlicensed schemes. And some countries close the door entirely: Oman's Ministerial Decision 105/2021 prohibits promoting products through network marketing, as reported by the Oman Observer. So we never assume one Gulf country's rules apply to its neighbours.

Software can't make a plan legal, but it can stop a legal plan drifting. These are the guardrails we build in and switch on unless you tell us otherwise:

  • Commission only on product sales. Every commission line points to a paid order. Joining fees and starter packs earn nobody a commission unless your lawyer has cleared it.
  • Refunds reverse commission. A returned order takes back the volume and the commission it created, all the way up the line.
  • KYC before the first payout. No ID, no payment; the wallet holds the balance until approval.
  • Plan versions. Each rule change is dated, so you can show which version paid which run.
  • An audit log you can hand over. Who changed a rule, who approved a run, and what each person was paid, exportable in one file.
  • Earnings reports. What distributors actually earned at each rank, the figure regulators and honest recruiters both ask for.

Choose your country

We publish a page for each country we serve, on codedidea.com, our India site, where our MLM work lives. Each one covers that country's payout rails, currency and direct-selling rules in more depth than this page can.

Build your MLM brief

Pick your plan, your main country and how distributors should be paid. The brief shows the starting price that fits, what the build has to include, and the first question we'd ask you. It runs in your browser; nothing is sent unless you choose to send it.

2 · Your plan rules
3 · Main country
4 · How distributors get paid
5 · Also needed (optional)

How we work with you, from India

Coded Idea is a software company founded in 2020, and we have delivered more than 100 projects. Our team works from Mohali (Sector 127, Punjab) and Bengaluru, India. We have no office in Nigeria, the UAE or any other country on this page; we work with clients abroad over video calls, shared test builds and a written plan.

  1. A 20-minute call. You walk us through the plan, the countries and how people get paid today.
  2. Fit check. We go through the plan document line by line and list every rule, rail and report the software needs, plus anything we think should be checked by your lawyer.
  3. Fixed plan and quote. The build is split into stages with a fixed price, so the full cost is known before work starts.
  4. Test with real rules. Before launch you run past commission periods through the new engine and compare the results with what you actually paid.
  5. Launch and support. We train your admin team, stay close through the first payout runs and keep supporting the system after that.

Most of our other work is trade ordering software and automation for wholesalers, run from coded-idea.com. The same team builds both, and the parts an MLM system shares with them, such as order flows, payment integrations and approval steps, are covered on our custom software development page.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

How much does MLM software cost?

Ready-to-launch MLM software starts from ₹15,000 (about US$160) and custom development from ₹35,000 (about US$370). Crypto MLM starts from ₹30,000 (about US$320), or ₹45,000 (about US$475) for a custom build. Hybrid and enterprise projects are quoted separately. Dollar figures are approximate, converted at ₹94.6 per US dollar on 5 November 2026. You get a fixed quote before any work starts.

Can distributors be paid in their own currency?

Yes. We build a wallet for each currency and set up payouts through providers that operate in that country, from your own account with them: for example Paystack or Flutterwave bank transfers in Nigeria, M-Pesa B2C in Kenya, or InstaPay to GCash and Maya in the Philippines. The exchange rate is fixed for each commission run, so every amount can be checked later.

Is MLM legal in my country?

It depends on the country and on how your plan pays. Many countries allow direct selling but ban pyramid schemes, where income comes mainly from recruiting rather than from product sales. Some go further: Oman prohibits network marketing. This page is general information, not legal advice. Check your plan with a local lawyer; we build the software to enforce the rules you agree.

Which compensation plans can you build?

Binary, matrix, unilevel, generation (level) and hybrid plans, plus crypto MLM where tokens or crypto wallets are part of the plan and the law where you operate allows it. Bring your plan document or the spreadsheet you use to work out commissions today. We turn each rule into a setting or a test case before we write the calculation.

Do you have an office in my country?

No. Our team works from Mohali (Sector 127) and Bengaluru in India and serves clients abroad remotely, over video calls and test builds you can try yourself. India Standard Time is UTC+5:30 all year, so we agree meeting times that suit your time zone at the start. We never claim a local office we don't have.

Who owns the software, the code and the distributor data?

You do. Hosting, payment provider and app store accounts should be opened in your company's name, with us invited as developers. We host on major cloud providers in the region you need, and you can export your data as CSV at any time. Agree ownership and repository access in writing before work starts, with us or any other vendor.
